Ingredients

Oil or Ghee - 5 tblsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
Cinnamon / Pattai - 1 massive piece
Onion - two massive sliced thinly
Green Chillies - three slit
Ginger Garlic Paste - two tblsp
Dahi - 1 cup / Thick Curd /
Chicken - five hundred grams
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - two tsp
Chilli Powder - two tsp
Garam masala powder - two tsp
Kasuri Methi Leaves - 1 tblsp
Coriander leaves a couple chopped finely

Instructions
